YT 800+ANI   SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Automatic Number Identification

Please read ALL instructions before using this service.

To place a call:

1. Make sure you are using a touch tone telephone that is connected to our service.

2. Dial the 800 access number (1-800-799-9003).

3. Once you connect, you will hear a dial tone.  At that dial tone, enter the destination number in the following format:

Calls inside the US and Canada 
1 + area code + number

Calls outside the US and Canada
011 + country code + number

Placing a Call

1. Make sure your telephone is capable of producing touch-tone sounds.

2. Dial your access number.

3. Let it ring once and then hang up.

4. In 10-15 seconds, you will receive a call back from our system.

5. Answer the call back and at the prompt enter your destination in the following format:

Calls inside the US, Caribbean and Canada
area code + number

Calls outside the US, Caribbean and Canada
011 + country code + number

6. You may press the # key after you finish dialing your destination number in order to speed up the calling process.

7. To disconnect, press the # key 2 times (# #) or simply hang up.

Special Instructions

• If you misdial, press the * key once ( * ) to start over.

• If you get a busy signal while trying to call someone, or the person does not answer, press the * key 2 times ( **) to dial again.

• If you would like to make a second call without having to re-dial your Access number, press the * key 2 times .  This procedure can be repeated as often as you like .

Speed Dial Instructions

• After receiving your CallBack and hearing the prompt, press * followed by the desired speed dial number.  Example:  * 03
• For instructions on how to program your speed dial numbers, please see page 2 or page 3.

Changing the call back number (if you know the telephone number in advance) or changing the call back mode

1. Make sure your telephone is capable of producing touch-tone sounds.

2. Dial your access number.

3. Let it ring once and then hang up.

4. In 10-15 seconds, you will receive a call back from our system.

5. Answer the call back and, if applicable* , enter your pin number at the prompt.

6. Follow the instructions provided.

* Not all customers are set up with pin numbers .

When changing your CallBack number, please be sure to use the following format:

CallBack number inside the US and Canada
area code + number

CallBack number outside the US and Canada
011 + country code + number

INTERNATIONAL TOLL FREE ACCESS NUMBERS

DIALING INSTRUCTIONS:

From a touch tone phone, dial the International Toll Free number for the country you are in.

At the voice prompt, enter your authorization code / pin number.

After your accounts has been validated, enter your destination number followed by the pound (#) key.  

For calls to the US, Canada, or the Caribbean, dial area code+phone number.  

For calls to the rest of the world, dial 011+country code+city code+phone number.

To place multiple calls, press the star (*) key twice.
