YES-TEL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Welcome to the YES-TEL Online tutorial.  This step-by-step instructional tutorial will guide you through the login and navigation process of YES-TEL Online.  Whether you are a new or existing customer, this tutorial will be a useful tool for you. 

Below is a tutorial outlining the features and services offered by YES-TEL.  Please scroll down, using the scroll bar on your browser, to experience the tutorial in its entirety.  You may also use the quick jump buttons above to skip ahead to a specific section of the tutorial.

1 To begin your YES-TEL Online experience, direct your browser to http://yes-tel.com ONLINE SERVICES or click the " Login" button.

2 Upon clicking the "Online Services" link you will be prompted to enter your unique user name and password.  Once you have entered your user name and password, click "OK" to access your account.

3 When your sign on for YES-TEL services, you will be provided with a user name and password.  You will be able to view your invoices, uninvoiced calls, and call statistics.

4 Account Detail provides a complete view of your account, including total usage, current balance, subscribed services, and access codes to these services. 

5 The navigation menu appears on the left hand side of the screen throughout your YES-TEL Online session.  

The menu provides you with quick access to YT Trigger , YES-TEL's web trigger service that allows you to place a call from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world with a click of your mouse.

When viewing account detail, you will be presented with features to help you manage your account. The Deposits link provides information on deposits posted on the specific account for any time period.

You can view all invoices prior to the current billing period by clicking Invoices.

All calls in the current billing period appear under     Uninvoiced Calls.

To view call statistics, click Daily Stats, Monthly Stats, or Daily Usage.

6 YT Trigger service is a fast, convenient and reliable alternative to the traditional CallBack service.

With YT TRIGGER , you no longer need to dial an Access Code and wait for your CallBack. You are also no longer restricted to a fixed CallBack number. Simply enter the number you are calling from and the number you wish to call to and click "Dial."

7 You may also use the YT TRIGGER service if you are calling from a phone with an extension number.  Simply click on the "With Extension" link and follow the same instructions to place a call, entering the extension number in the additional field.

8 Within seconds of clicking the "Dial" button, your phone will be ringing.  By the time you answer, your destination number will have already been dialed out by our system. Within 15 minutes of completing your phone conversation, your call detail will appear under Uninvoiced Calls.  It's that easy!

9  Call detail is available under the Invoices link for all but the current billing period. Each invoice total is shown under "Price." To login and view your invoice in a printable format, click the appropriate link. Otherwise, click on the invoice number to view calls from the desired billing period, which is defined under "Notes."

10 The printable invoice provides valuable information aside from call detail. Account detail such as name and address are displayed along with Invoice dates and totals.

The printable version of the invoice also provides a monthly summary of the usage per Access code -- number of calls, total minutes, and total charges. Call detail is displayed with complete information, including date, time, access code, originating number, destination number, destination country, duration, rate, and cost of your call.  To print your invoice, click your mouse on the frame and select File->Print.  Headers and footers can be removed from Page Setup.

11 All calls placed during the current billing period can be found under the Uninvoiced Calls link.  Call detail is uploaded to YES-TEL Online approximately every 15 minutes, providing you with the same information as you would find on your Invoice. Uninvoiced Calls can be downloaded as text files and imported into Microsoft Excel.

12 Daily stats can be run for any period of time that you have had activity.  Either use the Easy Select drop-down menu or specify exact dates to view calling statistics.

13  A Daily Stats report displays the total number of calls, the total duration and total charges per day.  If any payment was made during the time period, it will be displayed under "Deposits." 

14  Monthly Stats displays a total number of calls, as well as total duration, charges, and deposits for each month. 

15 At any time during your YES-TEL Online session, you may click at the top right-hand corner to e-mail feedback to YES-TEL.  You can also call YES-TEL's Customer Service department by clicking "Give Us a Call."

16 Click the link "Call Customer Service." 

17 You will be prompted to enter your phone number. Click "Dial" to receive a call that will automatically connect you to Customer Service.
